After a year (and counting) being made to stay home, many of us are guilty of over-eating, and becoming couch potatoes, as life begins, so we're told, to return to normal. Whatever normal is lol, these super smoothies for breakfast and lunch can really help us to detox and shift the weight.
One of the best ways to help flush out toxins is Spirulina. Spirulina in recent studies has shown to reduce the toxins we have in our fat cells by 50% if added to our daily diet. But here's the bonus, Spirulina is an amazing antioxidant which means if you suffer from weight gain, heart disease, or diabetes, it can radically improve your health by reducing cellular key inflammatory markers.
Add to this if you struggle with allergies particularly hayfever, then take note because this amazing little powder is packed with carotenoids to help reduce your allergy histamines and soothe your immune cells so they bring relief to your allergies.
