All readings are intended to support you in your personal and spiritual growth. You must be 18 years or older to be able to request one of our readings.

Information provided during readings should not be used as a substitute for professional advice. AngelMessenger.co.uk always recommend you consult a medical practitioner/financial advisor/legal or recognised authority. Any use of information provided within your reading is at your discretion and risk.

Neither Jill Harrison or AngelMessenger.co.uk can be held responsible for any loss, claim or damage arising out of the use, or misuse, of the suggestions made, the failure to take medical or professional advice or for any material suggested on third party websites.

Email Readings:

If you have placed an order for a reading, Jill Harrison will endeavour to complete your reading as soon as possible. Please note that due to the nature of Jill's work, it is not possible to channel readings en-mass. Jill is often booked up well in advance, as her work as a teacher and spiritual advisor is in demand. Your reading will be sent to you within a maximum 30 days of you placing your order. Readings are normally sent out much quicker however the reason we stipulate a maximum of 30 days is to allow for public holidays and any other issue or overseas contracted work obligations, which may interfere with Jill's ability to complete your reading.

Once an order has been placed, we do not give refunds unless the reading has not been started by Jill. Please understand that you are paying for Jill Harrison's time at the agreed amount to provide her services and not for the actual reading itself. In the event Jill has not done your reading you can email us in writing to notify your wish to cancel your order in compliance with the Distance Selling Regulations and Consumer Rights Act 2015. We will confirm within 24 hours your cancellation and refund. Please note if you do not hear from us within 24 hours, then you should telephone us to confirm cancellation.

Live 1-2-1 Reading with Jill Harrison.

If you have booked a live 1-2-1 reading with Jill in person, via the internet or telephone, you are responsible for the time and date of your session. Please note that our system will offer you Jill's availability based upon your selected time zone. If you choose to opt to have your reading via Skype, Zoom, Facetime or Internet Messenger it is important to acquaint yourself with this application prior to your reading if you are unfamiliar.

You are welcome to record your session. It is considered for personal use only. You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment using the online appointment system. Within a 24 hour period, then a rebooking fee will be charged at £35.

If you are late for the session AngelMessenger.co.uk will do their best to honour your time, but sadly cannot go over the time allocated for your session due to Jill's working schedule. Please note that for readings offered by Skype/Facetime/Zoom/Telephone, you are given 10 minutes to connect with Jill, after 10 minutes have passed you will need to rebook your reading and an administration fee of £35 will need to be paid unless you have called us on +44 7968 694866 to let us know you are unable to make the appointment.

If you feel the session is not working for you or is not what you expected, you have every right to call it to an end. We invite you to know this within the first 10mins of your session and a full refund will be offered. If you do not say anything at the time AngelMessenger will not offer a refund at a later time.

AngelMessenger.co.uk have a strict cancellation/refunds policy. You may rearrange your reading or allow another to take your place providing you give us 48 hours notice. To obtain a refund you must give us 72 hours notice by email of your cancellation request and confirm your appointment and reading have been cancelled. By placing an order with AngelMessenger.co.uk, you are agreeing to the aforementioned terms and conditions.

Angelmessenger.co.uk will not sell or exchange your personal information or otherwise pass it on to anyone else. All information that is given to us is in the strictest confidence and used only for the purpose of processing your order. AngelMessenger.co.uk fully complies with the Data Protection Act 1988.

Please note that readings are for guidance. For legal reasons AngelMessenger.co.uk also has to state that, due to the differing opinions as to the true nature of psychic ability, for legal purposes all of the services offered from this site have to be classified for entertainment purposes.

As such it is our duty to inform you that under the ‘Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008’ which came into force on 26 May 2008, which also implement the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive (UCPD) in the UK, the services that you are seeking, have either not been scientifically proven to exist, or do not conform to the accepted “norm” of society at present.

Therefore you should understand that you seek the said services of your own free will. As a question of faith and trust in the service AngelMessenger.co.uk provide it is asks you to consider your own mental state when undertaking the service. If you feel you are personally vulnerable, are currently undergoing medical treatment for a mental health issue or taking antidepressants, you should consult with a friend or family member and seek medical advice as to whether this service is suitable for you.

Please understand that you are paying for Jill Harrison's time at the agreed amount and not for any actual or perceived results or outcomes. Furthermore the reading services on this website can be described as subjective and under no circumstance should you act directly upon any advice given without first making a personal choice as to the validity of any such advice. Remember that you have personal responsibility for the actions in your own life.

In compliance with the Data Protection act of 1988 we do not keep written records. It should be noted that Jill Harrison is a member of a self-regulating trade organisation within her chosen profession and has agreed to abide by a Code of Professional Conduct.
