Humanity is embarking on a remarkable journey. That which has held humanity captive is now breaking away, becoming even more unstable and this an important time which offers humanity the ability to recognise the patterns, habits and old belief systems within themselves and within their societies which have to be challenged and transcended in order to advance as a sentient race.
Many of you have gone through a period where what you thought was stable, what was safe and secure is an illusion. Whilst this has shaken the core of many, the opportunity to recognise life had become robotic and a greater need to connect with each other became very apparent, therefore an awakening, an ephiphany for everyone was initiated.
As you approach the coming days, look at where you are being challenged and what experience this is offering you. Look at where you are being asked to merge into something new, be it another version of yourself or a new chapter in your life. What you see within will also apply to the external world around you.
The celestial energies and the lunar changes will be raising the vibration of the Earth to higher octaves of celestial light and love, to support the human genetic structure as it undergoes serious transformation which will help humanity see the beauty in uniqueness and the joy of embracing all forms of life.
You will find the energies creating a great shift in your consciousness, which in turn will help you break through those levels of perception that are antiquated. The lesson here is to learn to see the light in everything, rather than the dark.
In order for humanity to move forward they have to recognise and awaken to the realisation that they are in a process of surrendering into something unknown. This can be frightening and daunting, but it is necessary for without those changes, the human race would fail to exist.
The coming days you may feel very up and down, not sure what changes are taking place but aware that changes do need to happen. There will be a great calling to break free of limitations, let go of fear, judgement and discrimination.
As you are part of the mass-consciousness, help humanity by opening your heart to the changes, despite you not fully understanding or having a knowledge of what will unfold. Trust that what is unfolding will sustain you and have faith in your ability to overcome all that presents itself to you. As you enter into a new state of awareness, look and seek that which shows a consistent growth process, fully alert, fully present, until you see that you are part of that process.
Celebrate your life, the day, the moment, for the changes that are happening will allow you to transform to heights you never knew were possible for self and for humanity as a whole.
If you choose to meditate at this time, call upon us for guidance to assist you in the transformation and integration of these energies. Move into your heart centre. Once there and you feel fully calm, fully present, become aware that your heart is the sacred point. We refer to this centre point as the holy grail, it resides in the upper chambers of your heart and it filters through the multiversal frequencies and helps those frequencies to be anchored into your etheric and physical body. Focus on learning to feel and connect with this point.
Notice the energy flowing into this point, it should feel like a clear, steady flow of energy. Practice learning to tune into this energy, for it supports you in healing and your ascension process.
Whilst learning to be aware of this energy, notice what feelings/emotions arise within you, for this energy will also highlight genetic, hereditary emotional weaknesses that need to be healed or released.
